The truth is: there’s no magic pill for lasting wellbeing or happiness, but there is somatic work + consistency. This body-centered approach helps you understand the signals of your nervous system, respond to them skillfully, and live from a place of grounded presence rather than survival mode.

Somatic Magic is a 4-month course that blends science and somatics to help you work with your body—not against it. Through guided workshops and embodiment practices, you’ll learn to regulate stress, expand your emotional range, and navigate life’s ups and downs with resilience and grace. And you’ll learn a lot about your brain and nervous system!

Format & Pricing

Course Duration: 4 months, start 11 June at 18:00 [CET] via Google Meet

You can sign up for one module, several, the whole course or only experiential sessions.

Meeting Schedule:

  • 1x every second week 90-minute workshop at 18:00 (theory + practice + sharing)

  • 1x every second week 30-minute somatic practice at 8:30 in the morning (20 min guided, 10 min sharing + questions)

If you cannot make it to the sessions recording will be shared the following day.

Pricing Options:

  • €50 per module (includes 1 workshop + 1 practice session)

  • 4-module bundle: €180

  • Full course (8 modules): €320

  • Practice sessions only (8 x 30 min): €70

Hi! I'm Marcelina, founder of Heart(Work)Space. With my background as a certified brain health coach and years of experience in yoga, somatics, and meditation teaching, I bring a blend of neuroscience, somatics and holistic practices to the table. I’m here to share all I’ve learned about nurturing our nervous systems and keeping our brains healthy, which is essential not just for physical health, but for our mental and emotional well-being too.
