Hi! I am glad you’re here!
I’m Marcelina - a certified yoga and meditation facilitator based in Berlin, with over 15 years of personal practice and 6 years of professional experience.
I offer holistic yoga classes for individuals and groups that go beyond movement—supporting your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
Let’s practice together:
-
A traditional and meditative practice that weaves together longer-held postures, breathwork (pranayama), mudras, mantras, and bandhas. This approach supports strength, flexibility, and nervous system regulation while cultivating energy awareness, inner presence, and emotional balance. A deeply holistic practice that gently prepares the body and mind for meditation and transformation.
-
Breath-focused practice in which we move fluidly from one asana to another. It is a dynamic method that strengthens the breath + mind + body and improves posture & balance. Ideal preparation for further holistic practices like pranayama or meditation.
-
Slow, gentle, meditative practice with longer holds (2-5 minutes). The primary focus is on lengthening the connective tissue (fascia) surrounding the hip joints and lower spine, which improves the overall mobility of the body. It is a very deep work and the challenge is to commit to stillness and softness while in the pose.
-
I teach yogic breath techniques called pranayama. Prana means “life force energy” and ayama means “dimension”. Pranayama practice expands the dimensions of prana within you which has positive effects on your physical and mental health.
-
Meditation is the time you spend with yourself and yourself only, getting to know your true essence. It also has positive effects on your emotional and physical well-being. Learn a method with me that works for you.
-
Combination of different Tantra Hatha anti-aging practices, which help to keep the youthfulness and release the toxins. The focus is primarily on spine health and mobility, improving the digestion, softening the joints, deepening the breath, revitalizing the nervous system and rebalancing the endocrine system.
-
Restorative yoga is mainly floor-based practice of asanas, with support of props (bolsters, blankets, blocks), to relax your mind + body, to restore your vital energies and reduce stress. Somatic practices teach you the language of the body and the benefits are countless (eg. rebalancing the nervous system, trauma and injury recovery, stress management, anxiety relief).
-
The main focus is on balancing hormones, especially sexual glands and thyroid, and on pelvic floor health. This practice helps to relieve PMS symptoms, menstrual pain, improves sleep and helps reduce stress & anxiety. It also supports well-being as women go through the transition of menopause.
-
Most of us need a combination of different practices for complete wellbeing. Yoga practice can be dynamic, energetic, sweaty, Yang but also rejuvenating, soft, Yin, meditative. Each of us is different, our bodies are different, every day is different. Depending on your needs, I can prepare a practice for your physical, emotional, mental and energetic wellbeing.
How would you like to practice?
In a group setting
Group yoga classes are a wonderful way to not only learn and grow in your practice, but also to connect with like-minded people.
Choose between visiting a studio or practicing with your friends or colleagues.
Alone
Personalized classes are a great way to focus on the aspects of yoga that interest you most or to address your specific needs. Each session is tailored just for you, with dedicated guidance every step of the way. I offer both online and in-person classes.
In my workplace
Workplace yoga is a powerful way to support your team’s wellbeing, focus, and resilience—right where they work. These sessions help employees release tension, reset their nervous systems, and return to their tasks with more clarity and calm. Practicing together also strengthens connection and collaboration across teams.

Many of us find it challenging to stay consistent when practicing alone. The shared energy in a group setting is truly powerful—it can boost your motivation, deepen your focus, and even help you reach more meditative states. Practicing together often brings a sense of connection that supports individual progress.
I’m always happy to answer any questions before or after class, so you feel supported every step of the way.

About me
Hi! I’m Marcelina, and my journey with yoga began in 2006 in Warsaw. At the time, I was practicing Pilates, but I felt something was missing—so I decided to try yoga. Since then, I’ve been a dedicated student, diving deep into various practices and yoga philosophy.
Over the years, I’ve explored many methods, including Iyengar Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, and Jivamukti. I’m certified in Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Traditional Tantra Yoga, Hatha Yoga for rejuvenation, and meditation. Drawing on this diverse experience, I create classes that are dynamic and challenging, yet gentle and meditative—always adapted to the needs of my students.
I encourage my students to explore each asana and discover their own inner alignment—something that took me a long time to learn myself.
But yoga is not just about asana. In my classes, I weave in elements of yogic tradition such as mudra, mantra, pranayama, meditation, and yoga philosophy—offering a more holistic and enriching experience beyond the physical practice.
