A balanced, awakening practice that begins with stillness and ends with energy. Slow start and gradual shift into a dynamic, breath-led Vinyasa flow. You’ll leave feeling centered, clear, and energized: ready to meet your day with presence and vitality.
The Asanas are practiced in a variety of sequences and the body's capacity is continuously expanded. The combination of physical training, concentration and relaxation strengthens and calms at the same time.
A 30-minute practice combining gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, and body awareness: a space to connect with yourself, clear your mind, and feel grounded, open, and ready for whatever comes your way.
