We bring nervous system wisdom, somatic tools, yogic and science-backed practices into everyday work and life to support individuals, founders, and companies in creating sustainable success.

Founder of Heart(Work)Space Yoga & Meditation Teacher Somatic Guide Brain Health Coach
I’m Marcelina — a nervous-system-informed wellbeing facilitator, yoga and meditation teacher, and brain coach.
My work sits at the intersection of body and mind, science and lived experience. It has been shaped not by theory alone, but by years of yoga practice and by learning through burnout, unhealthy work environments, and the quiet cost of success that comes at the expense of wellbeing.
Since 2007, I’ve worked across a wide range of professional settings, mostly in the fashion industry. I’ve been a full-time employee, a freelancer, a business owner, and a founder. I built and ran my own lingerie brand, collaborated with different companies and teams, and experienced firsthand what it feels like to be both deeply committed to work—and deeply disconnected from myself.
Several burnouts became turning points. They propelled me onto a path of learning, unlearning, and rebuilding my relationship with work, rest, and my own nervous system. Over the past 15+ years, my personal body–mind practice has become the foundation of everything I share today: yoga, meditation, breathwork, somatic practices, and science-backed tools for nervous system regulation.
What became clear throughout my corporate journey is this: sustainable success is not possible without safety. When people feel safe—physically, emotionally, and psychologically—their nervous systems can settle. Creativity opens. Communication improves. Curiosity replaces fear. People engage, contribute, and thrive.
Today, through Heart(Work)Space, I create and hold spaces where wellbeing is not an afterthought, but a core value. Together with a trusted network of practitioners, I support individuals, founders, and organizations in building nervous-system-friendly ways of working—where performance and wellbeing are no longer in conflict.
My intention is simple: to share what I’ve learned, so fewer people have to burn out to find their way back to themselves.
