What is Somatic Magic?

Somatic Magic is my body-based, integrative approach to wellbeing, grounded in my personal journey through yoga, meditation, somatic practices, and the science of the brain and the nervous system. Drawing on years of personal practice I combine traditional yogic wisdom with modern neuroscience to help people understand and work with their bodies, minds, and emotions.

This approach supports you in releasing accumulated stress, expanding your emotional range, and deepening self-connection. By learning to tune into your body and nervous system, you can stay present, aligned, and connected to yourself, the world and others, navigating life’s challenges with greater ease and grace.

Through Somatic Magic, I offer practical, embodied tools—from movement, breathwork, and meditation to somatic exercises and mindful awareness—that empower you to cultivate balance, focus, and lasting wellbeing.

How do Somatic Magic sessions look like?

Come as you are

Somatic Magic sessions are designed to be simple, accessible, and adaptable—come as you are, no need to change clothes or prepare anything special.

Choose how you want to meet

Sessions are offered online or in person in Berlin, and I act as a guide to help you explore your nervous system safely and effectively.

Session types

I offer two types of 1:1 sessions:

  • 30-minute Practice Session: A quick, practical session for immediate stress relief and nervous system reset.

  • 45–60-minute “Get to Know Your Nervous System” Session: A deeper exploration combining theory and practice, helping you understand your body’s signals and learn tools to regulate stress and increase resilience.
