What is Somatic Magic?
Somatic Magic is my body-based approach to releasing stress, expanding your emotional range, and deepening self-connection—so you can stay present, aligned, and navigate life’s ups and downs with resilience and grace.
How would you like to practice?
In a group setting
Join a 30-minute group session to reset your nervous system in a safe, supportive space. You'll learn simple somatic tools, share experiences, and reconnect with calm, clarity, and resilience—no need to change anything, come as you are!
Alone
I offer two types of 1:1 nervous system support sessions: a 30-minute practice session for quick, effective stress relief and nervous system reset, and a 60-minute session that combines theory and practice for a deeper understanding of your body's signals and tools for regulation.
In-depth
This 4-month online course is a guided journey into your nervous system, combining neuroscience, polyvagal theory, and somatic tools. You'll gain both understanding and practical skills to shift your state, feel more in control, and build lasting resilience—with support from a like-minded community. Details here.
