Yoga beyond physical postures.

Come to this practice with a beginner’s mind. Rather than thinking of beginner’s class as what your body can do on the mat, the emphasis is on awareness, curiosity, and learning to listen to your body, exploring how it feels to be in the body. There is always something to discover on the yogic path: no matter how long you practice.

In this course each week is different: gently exploring different aspects of yoga while offering a variety of practices (Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Yin & Yang, Somatic work, even tantric methods). You will experience well-rounded sessions that may focus on relaxation, strength, mobility, or integration, giving you a solid foundation to support your own personal practice over time.

We will learn the basic principles of yoga, explore different yoga styles, and discover what yoga truly is beyond shapes and poses. Practice includes mindful movement, yogic breathwork, moments of stillness, meditation, and simple tools you can take into daily life.

Who is this class for?

This class is especially suited for:

  • total beginners

  • those returning to yoga after a break

  • anyone looking for a slower, more conscious practice

  • people curious to experience different yoga styles in a relaxed, supportive atmosphere

The program follows a 4-week cycle of themes, however every class offers something new, allowing you to join at any time, continue beyond the cycle and deepen your practice.

Monthly theme overview week by week:

  1. Hatha Foundations: building alignment, awareness, and confidence

  2. Restorative & Yin (Back & Hips Care): deep rest, release, and nervous system support

  3. Sun Salutations & Vinyasa Basics: gentle flow, rhythm, and coordination

  4. Integration: Yin & Yang: bringing together movement, stillness, strength, and softness

This is a space to learn, explore, and grow: slowly, consciously, and with kindness toward yourself.
