In this 90-minute interactive session, Irene, a Leadership and Founder Coach, and Marcelina, a Stress Release and Brain Coach team up to explore how stress changes the way we think, feel, connect and communicate.

About your facilitators
Irene is a serial entrepreneur and leadership coach, specializing in founders, team leads, and middle managers. She has worked in AI and blockchain, and successfully exited an edtech business. Irene is the founder of Rizing, a coaching platform supporting leaders in scaleups, and Co-creator Unfiltered Borderless Womxn Society, a community that empowers members to turn AI disruption into opportunity while elevating their skillsets and mindsets and.
Marcelina is a wellbeing facilitator and the founder of Heart(Work)Space, specializing in stress relief, nervous system regulation, burnout prevention, and bringing practical body–mind tools into everyday routines. She supports individuals, teams, and founders in strengthening their self-awareness and resilience, helping them shift out of autopilot and start choosing what truly serves them. She is also a certified yoga and meditation teacher.
