This event will start with a practical micro-session with Marcelina from Heart(Work)Space to learn to regulate your nervous system using the power of your senses. Learn quick, accessible somatic tools you can use anytime— especially during the busy Christmas season— to reduce stress, overwhelm and anxiety, refocus, and return to a grounded state.
Afterwards, we’ll dive into our speed networking session and wrap up with some delicious Christmas snacks & tea-based mocktails and cocktails — little sensory treat to celebrate the upcoming holiday season.
